Today, we’re starting a new series highlighting the charming small towns in our counties. We’re kicking it off with Spencer County, home to about 19,000 people.
Nestled between Evansville and Louisville, this county borders the Ohio River and is known for its agricultural roots and tight-knit communities.

🌟 Santa Claus, Indiana - Home to Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. Known for its festive spirit and Christmas Lake Village, a wonderful gated community. Population: 2,500.
🌟 Rockport - The county seat with beautiful riverfront homes and a charming downtown. Population: 2,270.
🌟 Buffaloville - A tiny town east of Santa Claus with just 150 residents. Rural living at its finest!
🌟 Chrisney - Midway between North and South Spencer with a lot of history and amenities. Population: 500.
